How do I apply for a loan?
Applying for a loan is easy! Simply visit our main page, choose the loan amount, and click on the “Apply Now” button. Fill out the simple application form, and submit it, and our team will review your application promptly and send the decision in SMS and e-mail.
What are the eligibility criteria for a loan? To be eligible for a loan, you must meet certain criteria such as being at least 21 years old, having a steady source of income, and being a resident of Malaysia.
What documents do I need to provide? NRIC or Passport, also you need to provide a valid bank account number under your name
How do I get the money? You will receive the money in your bank account that you provided in the application form.
Once we transfer the money, we will inform you with an SMS.
How long does it take to get approved? We will process your application within a few hours during our working hours. If you apply at night, we will process your application the next day.
What loan amounts and tenure do you offer? Our product starts from RM 500 and goes up to RM 5,000. We will approve for you as maximum as we can based on your profile. Repeat customers will receive a higher amount.
What are the interest rates and loan tenure? The maximum annual interest rate for your loan will be 18%. First-time borrowers are eligible for the tenure of 3-month installments, for repeat customers, we will offer up to 6 months tenure.
Can I repay my loan early? Absolutely! We encourage responsible borrowing and offer the flexibility to repay your loan early.
What if I have bad credit? Can I still apply? Yes, we understand that everyone faces financial challenges at times, and we consider applications from individuals with various credit histories. Our intelligent system will review your application based on many factors, not only on credit history. However, a good credit history will increase your eligibility and loan amount.

My repayment date is coming but I don't have money now. It is important to make your loan repayments on or before the maturity date as stated in your loan agreement. Please call us and we will discuss the solution.
